"It could use some updating, servers and staff were great! Chicken teriyaki was a little salty but not too bad. Lemon chicken was a little tough but ok, hot and sour soup was pretty good. Their crab rangoons were delicious. Overall a 4 star review. Will come back in the future because our wairess was very nice and friendly."

"I am so disappointed in the portions we received the other night! I ordered the beef and broccoli with brown rice and my husband ordered spicy Mongolian beef with fried rice. I could not believe my eyes once I took the food out. I don't know if this restaurant has lunch portions which differ from dinner but I would also be disappointed if I received such a small portion for lunch. Mind you... this was 9pm right before closing. The food was very flavorful and deliciou."

"I love this place. I order from here alot online and delivered. They always get my special instructions right and food is always fresh. Even the delivery guy is nice. Aaron the manager is a good guy. Staff is always nice."

"We ordered from this location. We received 3 orders of lemon chicken which looked like they we undercooked. Photos are attached so you can be the judge. Brandon was unwilling to help this matter and stated they get that complaint all the time. I would avoid this location at all cost."

"Update Tried again today, I knew better but I wanted to give them another chance, several months later. I walked in at 302p and the place had 1 person dining inside. The bald guy said I missed lunch by 2 mins. I walked out, went to the Thai hut down the street and was not disappointed. Stay away from this place, it's nasty inside and the staff gives no "F's". After 30 years Wok inn is dead to me. It's a sad day. I have been going to this chain for 30 years. Today is the last time. This is pathetic. I ordered beef and broccoli sweet sour pork combo. There are only 3 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of beef. I got 4 pieces of pork but no peppers. The broccoli was cold and the sauce was all over the bottom of the plate. The pineapple was funky tasting and not sweet at all. The onions with the sweet and sour were raw. I had to wait 15 mins for this substandard food. The cup I was given is comically small. I guess shrinkflation got them bad. I would venture to guess if the employees were more concerned with customers rather than screwing around, this place would be great again. With food like this, this San Antonio institution will die."
