"The food was good, but it could have been better. The oil for the fries needed to be changed so they didn't taste fresh. The burger wasn't hot and it lacked flavored. It took almost 20 minutes to get a drink refill. I work in the area and I know this location is overwhelmed with customers in the drive thru at all hours of the day. I chose to eat inside to get better service, I am willing to go back and update this review."

"I placed a mobile order for an iced coffee. I walked in to pick up my order and was asked 5 times what my order was while several people came in after me and received their orders before I did. The coffee I had ordered was sitting on a counter in the back. 20 minutes after I arrived to pick up my drink the employee finally found my iced coffee sitting on the counter. I asked for a fresh one to be made. After it was made the employee apologized and said there was an issue with the system. I took my coffee and left. I will never go back to this location even though it is very convenient to where I work."

"The remodel looks great. Food was great. Customer service was good but you had to wait a bit for someone to serve you. I think they're just getting used to knew building. Overall it was really good."

"I went through the drive-through this evening. The drive-through was fairly fast. They were able to pack the food without just dumping it into the box for my child’s happy meal, which was very nice to see was very fast service, but the parking lot was a little tricky to get out of because either you have to go around and park/reverse and then go to the light and turn or you have to go from the drive-through windows right and then use the highway access to get where you’re going so it was a bit tricky if you didn’t know what you were doing"

"Horrible! I Do Not Recommend Dining In! Below is my feedback to McDonald's: The night shift manager Mio stated she would not provide me a refill on my large beverage. T I ordered a large drink with my meal, which was filled with ice. When I wanted a refill, I noticed the only drink kiosks were behind the counter. I asked for a refill and the night shift manager Mio stated "We don't do refills here." When I explained they gave me 80 percent ice and 20 drink, and every other location I've been to provides refills either by reusing the cup or providing a new clean cup with the requested beverage, the manager Mio just looked at me, rolled her eyes, and turned around, proceeding towards the kitchen. This place is not welcoming and not following what the usual culture of the McDonald's upholds: excellent service, welcoming environment, and quality meals. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I will also be adding this as a 1 start review on Googe Maps. What a horrible place. Even the workers tell the people who want to be served by a human, that they need to use the kiosks because it saves THEM time. That's SO sad. Even the ketchup dispenser is out. Worst experience ever!"
