"Its 12:56am I ordered a 20 piece McNugget meal and the fry’s and nuggets are cold. Why is it hard to get the food hot! Would you like it if you bought your food and it was cold bag in hand to you on the spot? The people in front of me yelled at the poor employee at the window because the food was cold and they gave me cold food too but I didn’t yell at her. Please do better. I always come to this WcDonalds because you guys always made the food hot and meat is always juicy and fresh. Now im going to go home and yell at my cats about my WcDonalds frys being cold. I should had gone to Wendy’s-nuts at least i expect to get my food cold from Wendy’s."

"Best McDonald’s ever! Noe was the night manager Friday night & while I was only in there 4 minutes he went above & beyond making sure all customers were happy with their orders. Keep up the great job Noe. Will definitely recommend this location."

"Lately everytime I come here there is an issue with something. I don't have my mobile order so they want to see my receipt, they forget half your order, nothing works. Today was typically bad. So the frappe machine was being cleaned and I had used points to but the frappe (4500) points to be exact. Plus I added 2 shots of espresso and extra whipped cream. Well I pull up give them the code. The girl prints receipt and the manager goes back there and says we have to refund your $3 the frappe machine is being cleaned. I said well what about my points. He looked at me st stupid I got irritated. So you were just gonna let me lose out on 4500 points??? Of course you were. Didn't offer a replacement drink to come back another time nothing. What a great morning!!!!!"

"Tonight, December 24th 2023, around 11pm I stopped by this McDonald’s to get a quick and late dinner. Almost every single person we dealt with was extremely rude. We dealt with 4 people total. We ordered 2 of the hot and spicy bundles which on their advertisement stated it came with 4 hot and spicy sandwiches, a 20 piece nugget, and a basket of fries for about $16. We get to the window to pay and the woman who took our order gave us the wrong total and then tried to tell us the bundle only came with the sandwich and a small fry. We explained what we wanted and stated that it was on their advertisement. The manager came by and was so rude and condescending. It seemed like none of the employees were knowledgeable about the menu. I understand that it’s Christmas Eve and no one wants to work. However, there is no need to be so horrible. I feel they all need a lesson on customer service because the way they treated us was awful. If you don’t like your job, go get a different one."
