"Good food, good atmosphere, good service. Their salsa and chips are great. I had the LA plate special which consists of two cheese enchiladas, rice, beans and beef slices. It also comes with some lettuce and tomatoes and two tortillas. It was very delicious. The waitress was very friendly and was checking up on us, even as the place started to get busy. The place has, I think three handicap parking slots by the main door. There is a drive through and a large out door eating area that is covered and has palm trees around it."

"Went drive thru cause I am feeling a little sick got food for my family ask at the window if nachos came with sour cream and guac if can I not have it. This is after 5 min of me trying to get their attention all they where doing was looking on their phone I apologize about the late notice about the nachos after getting them they look like this. I understand finding people who care what they do but damn at least fix the lettuce and reorganize the plate to look good people eat with there eyes"

"Ordered 4 enchiladas plates about 30 minutes from close. All of the cheese enchiladas were HARD. I broke the plastic fork trying to eat. I left a message and sent an email no response in a week."

"Nothing like Mexican food in Texas. It was my first time in Las Palapas since I moved 9 years ago and I wasn't disappointed. I had enchiladas con crema and they were so good. My friend had cheese enchiladas and enjoyed them. The guacamole was amazing as well. I had a great lunch with my friend. Our server was attentive and friendly."

"I've come here multiple times a wk and ordered door dash wkly for a long time. I've held off on posting a bad review for that sole reason and I continued to hope it would get better but it doesn't. I have even tried talking to them, I write nice notes and reminders on orders, etc but still same issues continue. Not only has the quality dramatically gone done but they never follow the notes in orders, simple ones like please don't forget the salsa or please provide more than one small salsa when the door dash order is for 8+ tacos. Also please provide balance bean and cheese tacos. How can you mess up bean and cheese tacos yet look at the attached photos from the last FOUR orders. Nothing but cheese. Who the heck want a cheese taco, let alone with little to no salsa. I love las palapas but I will NO longer be going to this location because I have been unsatisfied for the last few months. I don't remember the last time I had a good and correct order. Sad. This place is really going down hill. I'll stick witb the hausman location going forward."
