"I found a metal screw at the bottom of my fries. Tried to call but the phone was off the hook. Then I went back, the night manager didn’t believe me that it came from the kitchen, and said it was my word again theirs. Said they would’ve caught it going out like that. Like they don’t forget to add the condiments or napkins. Didn’t expect to be treated like a liar for bringing it to their attention."
