"Love their bagels, they always have a great selection of different options of specialty bagels as well as cream cheeses. Everytime I am on this side of town I stop in and get my family a dozen bagels. They always enjoy the surprise."

The rest were plain and NONE had cream cheese (that we paid for) and I’ve been trying to call the store about this and they won’t even answer the phone. Very disappointing. However, my recent encounter with their customer service left me feeling disappointed. After placing an order for the All Nighter Bagel Sandwich via the app, I realized I had forgotten to make a modification within just 30 seconds. Wanting to rectify my mistake promptly, I called the store. Surprisingly, a middle-aged woman answered and claimed that my order had already been prepared since it wasn't initially busy. I emphasized that it had only been 30 seconds since I placed the order, making it practically impossible for the order to have been made during that time frame. Despite this, she stuck to her claim, providing inaccurate information. Her response was unhelpful, suggesting I should place another order through the app with the desired modification. This seemed impractical and inconvenient, especially considering the order had just been placed. To add to the frustration, she went on to advise me not to use the app next time and suggested I come into the store to place an order. The conversation ended abruptly as she hung up on me. This was not only unprofessional but also an unexpected and unwarranted dismissal of my concerns. While a more customer-friendly approach could have been taken, including clear communication about the order status and a willingness to accommodate last-minute changes, especially when the store wasn't busy, would have been appreciated. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service, order management, and overall professionalism."
