"Do Not recommend!! Worst experience! Whats the point of making appoints when you show up on time and two and half hours past your appointment time I am still waiting for my car to be serviced!! The sad part is that I took my car in last week as a walk in and they recommended an appointment so that I don't have to wait so I agreed and here I am waiting for almost three hours!! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! UPDATE:: after waiting 3 and half hours, we had to ask for our keys because nothing had been done to car and by the looks of it nothing was going to get done soon! Excuse: your car was not logged in properly as “in progress”. Why didn’t they see that mistake the 3 times we kindly ask for an update??? It took us asking for our keys for them to see it?? WOW! Whats the point emailing customer care?? Are they actually going to come in and fix my tire? Or also make up excuses for the shop??? I guess we will find out!"
