"Moldy McCrispy is not what I can me for but that’s what I got. How does one even put together a moldy sandwich and still serve that? That’s beyond me. Don’t come here because based on many other reviews and my own experience, you might get mold with your lunch. I submitted an online case and still haven’t gotten a response. Thanks McDonalds!"

"I got this Fish Burger with my rewards points, as you can see it's burned, I took it up front to get it replaced & the manager said thats the way they are coming out right now because of the grease & turned away from me. I asked her to just put my points back since i didnt want anything else, she said she couldnt and walked away AGAIN. She didnt even try to fix the issue. UPDATE: The following day I spoke to another manager & I was told to call the San Antonio office to get my points back, I called & they gave me Another number for the office that manages the app, the rep told me that issue had NOTHING to do with the app therefore she could not return my points that the store manager was suppose to resolve the issue. She said she'd foward the report to the store & they would call me, so here we are 2 weeks later & still no call. I don't even care about my points nor the burger, it's just that managers attitude & professionalism that need some adjusting, I ain't no saint I don't act I react, so she got back the same disrespect she gave me no more & no less."

"Now I know damn well these McDonald’s fries take years before they grow a single piece of mold so I have no idea what this is. First fry I see with this blue/green stuff on it and I’m like “umm…. Ok I guess I’ll just throw this one away” few moments later I found another fry with this weird color on it. Third find I officially threw the basket of fries away. Literally ew. My nuggets also tasted like they had been sitting there for hours."
