"If I could I would give them no stars! My daughter filled out an application on 25 February 2024 and then got a confirmation interview the same day for 2 March 2024 10am. They even sent her a reminder the day before on 1 March 2024 for her interview. My daughter shows up 10 mins before her interview and is told to fill out another application. She fills it out and is told a manager will be right with her. She waits 15 mins and asks if someone is going to interview her and is then told no. She is told they are too busy and she would either have to come back at 1pm or another day. This is unacceptable! Stop setting interview times if you are not going to interview. This location clearly has poor time management and this bad for business. What a waste of time! Would not recommend this location for employment."

"With many McDonald's in the area, a long line means ungodly wait time, cold food, and melted ice in your drinks. This location, whether it be due to where it is, who they hire, or whatever the factors may be, is distinguished from it's sister restaurants. I've had large orders take less than 10 minutes to come out and I've only ever seen one car sent to the time out parking spaces, and the staff are always diligent and kind, taking accurate orders. Warm food, great timing, and obviously the affordability of McDonald's, hard to beat!"

"One of the cleanest McDonald’s we’ve ever been in! All the Crew and staff are great! We go here at least twice a week and have never had any problems. Keep it up “McDonald’s near Sea World!”"

"12/30/23. 8pm. Service here is horrible. They forgot a lot of my items in my order and all the employees here ignore you behind the counter, hiding in the kitchen. Stood at the counter for ever before i could get help. They forgot a small drink, the fries in my two kids happy meals, an apple pie and condiments. I placed my own order and paid you. I could at least have some help. The lobby lady is amazing though."

"Honestly, this isn't a bad location. They just need more help. The best I can do here is a 3. This location was recently renovated and has a very modern and spacious feel in the dining area, but even at 8:15 p.m. it appears to be understaffed. The dining area was nice but not well kept. The tables and floors hadn't been wiped or swept in a while. It's tough to rate service in a McD's these days because no one really helps you. We placed an order at the kiosk (because we had to), and 5 minutes later, a young lady scurried from the kitchen with our order. You can tell she was in a hurry, but I still needed ketchup and drink cups, so I reluctantly asked, and she happily brought them to me. Now, if you love technology more than I do, you'll love this! You can order on your smartphone McDonald's app while you're in the car. When you get to the restaurant, you can then scan the qr code from the app on the kiosk to process your order. It's not a bad concept, but either way, you're going to be flipping screens on a device. The bad part is that if you're not sure how to operate the kiosk or have a question... there isn't anyone readily available to help you. Food wise (from what you would expect from a McDonald's) it wasn't the worst I've had but wasn't the best either. I really go there for the classic taste of their fries. The fries didn't taste as if they were freshly cooked. They had that rubbery feel to them as if they had been sitting too long."
