"Garbage. Cashier was wonderful. But I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso. I was basically given iced oat milk. I know dunkin barely puts coffee in any of their (let’s face it) milk drinks. I took it back and they poured in a “shot” but it didn’t help. I gave it back deciding that the $9.50 for milk was lost to a corporation that skimps on ingredients to save money."

"Unfortunately I have to say I was beyond disappointed to have experienced having a roach in my latte. I honestly enjoy Dunkin but the Dunkin at DFW airport terminal C needs to maintain a cleaner environment. I work at the airport and usually go to several food locations and I have never experienced anything like this before."

"I am so over this tip expected for fast food. I got a bagel. She had to pull from the case and put it in a bag with it's woefully tiny container of cream cheese. That's it. Upon checkout I could not complete until I added either $1, $3 or $5 as a tip. What did they do for this? They get paid a real wage, tipping in US is out of control. I will never go back."

"A diamond in the rough at the airport....... very reasonable prices (gasp!), very tasty sandwich. I had the new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich. The pesto was spot on.... very flavorful without being overpowering, the tomatoes were tangy and plump without being soggy, the sourdough bread was perfectly tangy and the cheese was just right (not too little and not too much). It should have been toasted just a bit longer to melt the cheese all the way and crisp the bread more. A definite home run. You have got to try this."

"The lemonade was very tart, but didn't quite taste like lemonade. The coconut donut was soft and hit the spot. Our line moved efficiently and orders seemed to be flowing well.  People weren't lingering long. I will state, however, this observation was at 6:55 am, so this may not be representative of them of all times of the day."
