"I travel almost weekly through this terminal. I try to patronize all of the different businesses for variety. This is likely one to which I will not return. The staff seemed so miserable to be at work and even more miserable to have to speak to customers. I am also not a fan of the screen that is turned around for tip. This is a quick, counter serve transaction. It is no different than McDonald’s or Chick-fil-a. Customers should not be left to feel obligated to tip, especially with the poor attitudes displayed by staff. The food is acceptable and consistent with other Einstein Bros locations I have visited. I know it is an airport, and managing the business is not the same as other locations."

"Wow, what a train wreck. This team crashed and burned. Apparently, this location is opened 24 hours but was " closed" for 45 mins at 4:30 am . By being closed, they back up the line. It's not the teams fault but leadership. It is too bad, I like Einstein's. But epic fail at DFW. I should have grabbed a bagel at Starbucks."

"Friendly staff. Bagel with cream cheese was really good, my kids loved. Hot chocolate is perfect."

"While at Dallas/Fort Worth airport I ordered a delicious sausage, cheese and egg on a sesame seed bagel. Not impressed with the quanity of egg. Can you find the egg? I thought everything in Texas was big... Service was fast, food quality was great, I just expected a full egg like other places do."

"I had a great experience here. There was a line of about ten to fifteen people in front of me. It took about 15 minutes for me to order. Once I ordered, I waited about five minutes for my breakfast sandwich and about three more minutes for my coffee. The Farmhouse breakfast sandwich was good. It looked nothing like the photo. It was filling, but I could've eaten more (maybe I was really hungry). The coffee was decent. I could barely taste the coffee because the creamer was so sweet. I would eat here again."
