"Barista’s are very slow and busy chatting with each other. They don’t listen good enough to understand your order and aren’t polite. If you get the wrong drink and you tell them, they get kind of annoyed and blame you. It takes even longer to get the new drink after that."
"Ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream, it was not very good. Tasted more like hot water with a little bit of chocolate flavor. These days when everything is expensive, I expect quality. Try a different store."
