Domino's Pizza

"First time trying this location, because I was shopping nearby, it was getting late, I was feeling lazy & pizza sounded good. Domino's definitely sounded better than Little Caesar's, and I wanted it NOW. To be honest - usually, Domino's is my LAST choice, due to bad experiences at several other locations all over DFW, so I placed my order with a wee bit of trepidation & fingers crossed... By the time I placed my order and navigated our endless construction zones to double back to Domino's, my order was being finalized! I'd ordered the current $19.99 Special with 2 1-topping pizzas (I paid for extra black olives for my better half), Parmesan bread bites, cinnamon twists & a 2 liter. I also ordered the Marbled Cookie Brownie, and extra sauces. Everything was accurate. The place was clean; I saw only 3 staff members... Each was friendly and quick to acknowledge me. The staff was WORKING & CLEANING when I walked in. I was finally able to get a pizza to my home PIPING HOT, AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. I was too busy tearing into it to think of taking pictures (sorry!)... but our food even looked better than the commercials on TV. On a Saturday night! Thank you for restoring my faith in Domino's and I sincerely hope this review inspires the staff to keep up such great service, because we WILL be back! I'm a pizza fiend!"

"Never has this happened. Ordered online, and our given estimated time was about 40 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes and still counting, the food has not arrived. I checked the online tracker, and it shows it has been delivered. I called to ask if they made a mistake in delivery and they said " No, your food is still here." I know it's hard to find good help, but wow.. This is without a doubt one of the worst locations I have ever ordered at."

"Pathetic service, I have got the notification pizza ready, when I reached for pickup they haven’t even put the pizza in oven. Had to wait for 15 minutes and the guy at counter just said our timer doesn’t work properly."

"I had to delete and update my review for this location. The experience i had was awful. The two blond ones in there don’t know what they’re doing. It’s not hard to read an order, i worked at dominos. I HATE the garlic they put on the crust so i always put “NGO”, that stands for no garlic. (In case you needed training). They put it on my pizza, had to ask for them to redo it. Seemed like a hassle for them since they gave a sour face. Then the pasta i ordered was more marinara than anything. I couldn’t even eat it, it was inedible. Do you guys not measure your stuff like you’re supposed to? BLOND ONES GOT TO GO. They’re blond for a reason i guess. The attitude they give is beyond me. DO BETTER"

"I usually have very good experiences with Domino's but this one did not live up to my expectations. They we're pretty fast, I'll give them that, I went for pick up and the cashier was a bit a rude and seemed like she didn't wanna be there. We ordered 2 pizzas and one cheesy bread, they forgot to cut one of the pizzas and the cheesy bread :("
