"I ordered boneless wings through GrubHub and I received received Tyson chicken nuggets. What happened to the wings? You guys had good products before. I'm never ordering this again. They are nasty and way over priced. Employees have always been nice."
"This store is usually my go-to but after today I think not. I go in to pick up my online order only to not get acknowledged by the entire staff. Got ignored by one of the supervisors/managers at the front, looked straight at us and proceeded to label boxes, and had the same thing occur with one of the line prep employees. After 15 minutes of waiting, we asked the lady if she could hand us our pizzas, only to find out that they made a mistake, lost our order, and after finding it; discovered that they only made one of the pizzas. We then had to wait an extra 15 minutes for just one more pizza to be made. Wasn’t given an apology or anything. I understand that they must’ve been busy, but the one thing that really upset me was the customer service. Worst I’ve ever received, very disappointed."
"Usually fine but last night I ordered 2 medium (12" pizzas as i usually do) recieved 2 small pizzas with stickers on the side of the box saying they were 12" I know that they were smalls because when they sent out another one it was *actually* 12" (noticeably bigger) and had the same sticker on the side (in the photos the ones we received first is on the right)"
