"I ordered the Chicken Marsala and the server said it has 2 chicken breast served with pasta. I received one chicken breast sliced in half to get 2 paper thin slices. I paid the full price for an entree that was not what I expected. After speaking with the Manager she stood proud of the portion served; however I have never been to a full serve restaurant where the manager was not concerned with losing a customer; especially when I believe the restaurant industry needs customers."
"Love Napolies pizza. Someone told me it had authentic Italian taste, look and vibe. I've always had to go pizza, so I can say that the wait time is no more than 25 minutes for two pies and garlic bread. Love it."
"All I can say is YIKES!!!!! From an EXTREMELY hot lobby to a pretty warm dining area, this place is outdated and every table was dirty upon walking in, two tables in the entire restaurant including us but service was beyond slow and severely lacking. When food was delivered and I said thank you she said “yeah” and ran off so quickly before we could ask for anything else - she took my silverware and so we had to get up and go find another set. Complimentary bread was burnt and tasted burnt, house salad was so small and lacking with half-rotted greens on it, and main entrees were just basic Italian food, nothing special. She never came to check back on us, no Togo boxes no drink refills no check brought to us, nothing. We finally got up and went to the front where we paid out and had the receipt practically thrown at us before she rushed away back to the kitchen. Left the entire experience with a bitter taste in our mouths and no idea how the reviews are so great."
"So good! Best Alfredo ive had in denton by far! Spiced well and garlic forward. Ask for the breaded chicken with the Alfredo. Red sauce is also divine. The owner was super nice and came and spoke with us and im assuming his son was our waiter. Family owned and it feels that way!!"
"This is obviously fast food Italian. There was a distinct preservative taste in all the food. If you're looking for a cheap dinner then maybe you'll like this. The marinara sauce tastes very bad, like sweet tomato soup. We didn't like anything hardly but it was fast and cheap. Considering, fast food...."
