"Ordered pizza at 3:09. Door dash guy picked it up at 3:50. Received a $52 order of cold pizza at 4:15. Everyone loves cold stuffed crust, amiright? The estimated time was 35 minutes, and the tracker was wrong up until the driver was 5 minutes away."
"My wife and I ordered a couple pizzas on a Friday night. Our order took a little longer than was initially quoted (...because a Door Dash driver stole our food!), but as soon as it was apparent that the order wouldn't be delivered when expected, Marisabell -I think they were the manager- called us to let us know that they did have our order, but it was just a little delayed due to the door dash issue. We greatly appreciated the update so we weren't sitting around wondering where our food was. The food arrived hot and delicious and well be ordering from y'all again! However, please hire more Papa Johns drivers and pay them an actual decent wage so y'all can stop outsourcing your deliveries to people who steal food."
"We ordered 2 pizzas. A cheese and a specialty with extra cheese. I wanted the extra toppings but the pizza to still be delicious and cheesy. Got the pizzas. As you see from the photos, it's obvious that they accidently put the extra cheese On the cheese pizza and not the specialty. Holes in the toppings with just bread parts etc, very disappointing!! Reached out online in 2 different places with no response. :("
