"This must be the Whataburger version of Starbucks as this is the absolute slowest store I’ve ever visited. 5 minute wait to be acknowledged at the speaker. Took nearly 15 minutes to get through the other 3 cars ahead of me that didn’t seem to have big orders. 5 more minutes to be acknowledged at the window and another few minutes, plus an additional confirmation, to get what I ordered. Definitely not a place to go if you’re in a hurry."

"I love coming to Starbucks, but the manager seemed annoyed today when she had to give me a refund. They were out of the tomato panini I had ordered from the app, and for medical reasons, I couldn't eat the other sandwiches they had in stock. Still won't stop me from coming back to get my coffee, though."

"I order THE SAME thing every time... And THE SAME GIRL messes it up every SINGLE Time.. Read the ticket, follow instructions. I know what steamed milk looks like.. Order it enough. I open my cup to show her and then she says she put it at the bottom. Really? Don't lie. She DID ask if I wanted her to remake it... I ordered it when I left Ackerly (23 minute drive).. Think I want to wait longer??? It's so frustrating... Most times I have her remake it, she should know me by now... Liz, the manager is incredible and KNOWS what customer service is... I know it's tough to get these kids to know the importance.. Of course, I'll go back.. There's hope.. And I'll change my review when this girl gets it right ... Rant over. My order is simple.. Pikes coffee with steam hot milk and raw sugar... And sometimes, I get a shot..."
