"Well, sometimes they have good service but today when I needed help with my groceries, it takes them 30 minutes to find someone to help. So I just walked out and went to my car and the helper showed up behind me halfway to car and wanted to know if I needed help but I told him now even though he was there. Not when it takes that long to get me help. No thank you from a elderly woman"
"Eh is my weekly visit rating, nice employees (most of the time) and like the bigger self checkout, most shopping carts are good and clean, but some of the carts wheels isn't working properly and some people leave trash in the carts. Overall rating of 1-10 Probably 5 or 6"

"Today I waited a while for someone to come cut my fabric. It's understandable. I know it gets busy. Some tall, white Caucasian worker came tried to help me. That wasn't their department. I find out their name was,Clara. I just want them to be recognized and thank you again for stopping what you were doing and being a great help."
"Walmart in BIG spring is always rated a 5-star. I give myself the best customer service and checkout service. I'm prompt, I pay attention to detail, I bag my items with care and I never fail to give myself the receipt The store is usually clean and stocked well with aisles free of trash/boxes. The back bathroom is usually cleaner than the front so that's where I go, if needed. The greeter short lady with blond hair has a pleasant, welcoming smile.. And the Asian lady at the speed checkout also is very friendly, says hi, and has a welcoming smile."
