"I took my car here one Oct. 8, 2022 after a 7 month deployment in Europe. The manager displayed, by far, the most unprofessional and THE worst customer service that I have ever experienced from any industry. This was my experience….The manager, another one of his employee, and myself witnessed the employee that worked on my car, scraped the front carbon fiber lip on my car while reversing it out of their shop. All three of us witnessed this employee damaging my front lip from underneath. It scraped so hard that it left scraped mark on the driveway concrete. The manager then told that particular employee to get out the car so I can back it out my self. So I did, without causing any further damage. I parked my vehicle, and I spoke to the manager about the situation that happened and what he could do to repair the damage that was caused to my car. He pretended that no damage occurred to my car since he cannot see any damage from the top view, without looking under the lip. He also pretended that he did not see his employee scraped the lip of my car when he was right next to me when it was happening. Some of the carbon fiber weave of the lip can be seen dangling from underneath the lip. That’s how hard his employee scraped it on the driveway. The manager offered no solution or accepted responsibility for his employee’s shortcoming. Instead, the manager got an attitude and reacted in a confrontational and annoyed manner. I didn’t ask for any monetary compensation. I simply asked what he could do to fix the damage his employee caused to my car. Instead, he became disrespectful and began yelling, “what do you want me to do? You want me to charge the guy that only makes $500 a week? I’m trying to run a business here.” He even accused me of wanting a “free tint” job - disrespectful. He offered a lousy refund to the tint job that was conducted in my car, a refund I did not ask for. This guy refused to take any responsibility for anything or treat his customers kindly or fairly unless it benefits him and his business. The disrespect, the lack of responsibility and accountability displayed by this guy is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any of the 22 countries that I have been to around the world. Terrible customer service, terrible boss. 0/10 - Take your business elsewhere"

"Calling around to get a vehicle wrap for my business on a 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel truck. And an 18‘ x 7 1/2‘ enclosed trailer on both sides. I gave them the information of what I wanted and they are about double the price of anyone else in the Tri-County area. When I mentioned can you please give me a breakdown because you’re about double the price, and they get rudely respond I will remember you get what you pay for. I said why don’t you tell me what I’m paying for to include what type of material you’re using, what’s the warranty on your products, what’s the sunlight hitting angle guarantee versus the time frame for fading. In the guy got to an attitude and said I was about to tell you but you didn’t let me speech. I’ll go ahead and take my five to $10,000 worth of business elsewhere."

"I take all my vehicles for tint there. Each time I've gotten T-boned and needed another vehicle due to front chi drivers. No complaints, tint always held up. Due to inflation the price has jumped up $80-$90, $130-for my newest vehicle."
