"Have been buying tires from Discount for decades. Now, I have a tire that slowly leaks air, requiring me to stop for air at least twice a month. Two months ago I dropped my car off telling them I needed this issue fixed and THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG with the tire. My tires are warranted, so that may be why they insist there’s nothing wrong, even though they make record of every time I get air, so they know it is not fixed. Today, I arrived 33 minutes ago to get in line for them to air up the same tire. I am still waiting and only have two cars ahead of me. There is however a line of 8-10 cars spilling out onto Hondo Pass because the person managing the free air check is very very slow. Buy your tires elsewhere, where you get real customer service."
