"The food is always so good! Some people say it's not real Mexican food. But who cares! It's great food with a Mexican flare! We love it!!"

"There is a magic hour at this Taco Bell, and I would say at around early afternoon. Albert C, is by far the best cashier I ever had experience with. He is very cordial, patient and makes sure your order is correct. Please don't change the manner on how you take orders, or your way of speaking, there's a lot of places out there that don't care about customer service or common courtesy; but it's so refreshing when you do find that. I tried leaving a review on Taco Bell's "Tell the Bell" but for some reason I can't access it, so I hoped leaving one here would be the next best thing."

"We used to stop at this Taco Bell weekly and will stop coming to this one after our experience this evening. I walked into the store, and the manager acknowledged me with a nod as I was at the counter waiting to order. After standing there for a minute, an employee approached the counter and started working on the computer. After I waited patiently, I finally looked at him and asked if he could take my order. He responded, "Naw, bro, you have to order on the machine." I looked at him one more time and asked if I had to. He responded with "Yeah." As this was going on, two other employees were doing absolutely nothing. There is no sense of urgency and pure laziness at this Taco Bell. Avoid if possible."

"During the day, orders usually come out correct. I won't get the breakfast tacos anymore because they never seem to come out well made and don't taste good. The evening hours are when it's usually a miss. There have been several times now that something has been missing from my order. At times, I pay extra for upgrades or added/swapped out ingredients and I don't get what I ordered. I understand when mistakes are made but it's frustrating when it's practically every order I make. Maybe a new evening shift manager is needed?"

"Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru to order the Chulupa box and asked what came on it. The lady said sour cream, bacon, triple cheese, chicken, avocado ranch, lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered one with no ranch and no tomatoes. Got the order with no sour cream. Went back through and she apologized saying it didn’t come with it so I asked her to remake them with sour cream VERY NICELY. I didn’t want the side bc I didn’t want the contents falling out while dipping. So they remade them so ridiculously. My entire chicken chalupa was cold, had tomatoes, forgot the bacon, and an entire container of sour cream. So much I had to take the thing apart and put it back together bc I couldn’t find the chicken. I could understand MAYBE if they were busy and rushing but there was nobody in line, to the point where I backed up just to be registered and they could come back to the window."
