"The fact the the refills are $1.30 on a fountain drink is ridiculous. The reason refills are common everywhere is because you pay $2-$3 for a good that has a very high profit margin compared to most products because drinks are cheap to make and refills have been offered everywhere for free as part of the reason you pay so much for a fountain beverage. Not here though, Hana Teriyaki decided to take that away and treat the consumer like an idiot. A shame because the food was good but the practice is absurd. Give your money to a business that will not treat you like an idiot without saying it."

"Apparently the shrimp isn't good according to all these reviews. I actually ordered it today since it immediately caught my eye. It was fine I guess. Not enough with what it came with. My only gripe is the guy who took my order. He didn't really seem like he wanted to be there. Couldn't hear him speak. Just wasn't welcoming overall."

"Horrible! Never again. I’m an out of country visitor looking for a quick healthy warm meal. Stopped by here since my favourite Thai place that used to be at this spot close ddown after Covid. Big mistake. First of all waited 30 min for my meal. Since the rice was already pre-cooked all they had to do was sauté the shrimp and vegetables and that took them 30 minutes. I was so hungry and dizzy I felt like getting up and leaving but I didn’t want to create a scene. Finally when my food arrived they did not call out the numbers and just put close boxes on the counter . I could not tell which was my order! Their system was really disorganized as they don’t tell you what to do and they just put out meals on the counter that obviously get cold overtime. Since I didn’t want that I just stood in front of the counter. Once the food arrived the rice was cold and mushy. It was disgusting. The shrimp although hot, were completely bland and had no seasoning, no sauce or anything even after all this time they were undercooked. It just looked like they threw in some frozen shrimp. Disgusting. But what shocked me the most was the price. They are so overpriced for what they are selling I wouldn’t of even pay $3 for that. disgusting and disappointing experience….never again. Please read these reviews before you go. Don’t waist your time waiting 30 min for gross food."

"Grill burnt scraps were all over my food and the chicken looked like scraps. After tasting the shrimp, I would not trust it, tastes like frozen shrimp that has been sitting out for hours. Rice was mushy and tasted funky."
