When I walk in there I always feel as though I am working for them and not the other way around. Other Pepboys locations are a lot more friendly, informative, and respectful. That being said, the actual mechanics seem to do good work at this location. I’ve never had an issue with their quality."

"Get a second opinion it saved me about $1700 on a break job.. and the A/C work they did, started at $59 then went to $250 then $300, $375 and when I went to pick up the car $475 without any explanation or authorization. Next day I popped the hood broken clips on the grill and missing bolts which they denied. I had a friend that warned me about taking my car this place due to overcharging and poor work. I should’ve listened."
