"Bought an engine air filter for my truck. I installed it myself. However, I had some difficulty repositioning the air filter cover and latching one of the latches. I went to O'reilly's and talked to Fernie. He went out to my truck and quickly was able to latch the third latch. He showed me what I had been doing wrong. Great service!"

"Went to the store. Picked up the items I needed from the shelf. That's when the trouble started. I was the only person standing in line. The guy kept taking one phone call after another, and the other employees kept helping people behind me. When I finally was able to purchase my items, the guy called the next person before I could even pickup my items from the counter. This has been the rudest experience I have had in a long time."
