"We’ve had Einstein Bagels in AZ so I am familiar with the establishment. The one we visited this morning was awful. It was dirty, the coffee was cold and when I tried another selection they were out of everything. Worst part was the creamer was spoiled! I’d like to say the staff was polite and attentive but that was far from true. We ran out with our paid food that went straight to the dumpster. Waste of $25. At Starbucks now getting our coffee."

"Despite the many cherished memories at Einstein Bros Bagels, my recent visit took an emotional turn when I discovered they didn't have my favorite bagel after traveling across the country. After I had ordered and paid for a G-A-R-L-I-C B-A-G-E-L they proceed to tell me that they didn’t have any and asked if “everything” was okay; NOTHING was okay. The magnitude of my disappointment was so profound that it led to an unexpected emotional moment – tears. This poignant experience has regrettably nudged my once solid five-star rating down to a four."
"Even though getting here was a bit of a challenge due to construction on Mesa street it was worth it. This was my first experience with Einstein Bagels in person. The place was super clean inside and out. The staff was friendly and informative to their options. They even provided a small bagel for our fur baby. We will be back for more bagels next time we are in town."
