"This was my first time trying Pieology. I’m not sure if all of their crust is thin crust, but I wasn’t expecting my pizza to be thin crust. I didn’t mind it, but I just wish the person making the pizza didn’t bake it so hard because the crust was very hard to bite into. It felt like biting into a very hard cookie. The toppings were good and the presentation was good also. They should work on the crust a bit more so it isn’t too hard to bite but other than that it’s good. I will go again and try something else."

"Up until about two weeks ago, I’ve had a great experience at Pieology. I placed an online order, and came to pick it up about 40 minutes after it was placed. Once I got there, there was only one employee working, orders were backed up, and his attitude was very nonchalant. My order wasn’t ready, so I asked how long it would be. He responded with he didn’t know, he was the only one working and started cursing. It was already late in the evening so I politely asked for a refund. He walked over to the register, then told me that he couldn’t issue me a refund. I informed him that I had been given a refund before when I placed an online order and the store was out of gluten free crust. He replied with, “oh, well I can’t give you a refund” then told me to request it on the app. There is nowhere to place a refund on the app, so after trying, I went back into the store and he wrote my number down to give to the manager. I came back two days later, the same guy was there and he gave me the same nonchalant responses and said his manager will reach out to me. 3-4 more days passed, so I called, and the SAME guy answered the phone, I explained what happened and he said, “well, my manager said he would process your refund and there’s nothing more I can do for you.” It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my $52 back. I called again today, and the same person picked up the phone. He told me that he doesn’t know what to tell me, he gave his manager my information and that’s that. I understand that he may have limited abilities as a cashier, etc., however, his attitude has been horrible, which is why I requested the refund in the first place. This is not appropriate behavior in the service industry. He could actually care less about me receiving my refund and is in no rush to handle the situation. This is very unacceptable and this Pieology will not receive any more of my money."

"I am a little disappointed with the Pebble Hills location. We ordered a pizza and cheesy bread from this location. A black lady delivered our order, but we had no idea it was out there because she didn't ring the doorbell! Upon looking at our doorbell camera video on our phones upstairs; all she did was place the pizza on the ground in a plastic bag, did something on her phone, and left! The pizza prices are reasonable, but the Pizzas are smaller. If we go back to this establishment, we won't have them deliver our food anymore."

"7/1/22, was my first visit and app order. Ordered the Family pack (4 pizzas, cheesy bread, dessert). Visiting the store, seemed small, was also confused where to pick up my order, no signage that I saw but one of the employees helped me. Got home and found that they didn't give me my dessert. For the pizza I like the taste of the regular thin crust, the thick was a bit doughy. My biggest complaint for the pizzas was that they didn't have a lot of flavor and there was way too much cheese."
