"In my opinion this branch of Cicis Pizza seems to have gone downhill. Maybe it being a Wednesday evening had something to do with it. The Pizza was stale as it had been sitting under the heat lamps a little too long. Business wasn't dead but it wasn't booming either that night so that could have had something to do with it. Still, I prefer fresh. Something that i used to look forward to was the chicken noodle soup. It used to include the pasta cooked in with the broth. Now they cook the pasta separately and to make chicken noodle soup you have to serve the pasta and add the broth to it. Not a big deal but the broth was missing the chicken I used to like. Perhaps I should have listened to my gut and visited the location on Viscount instead. Anyway, I noticed that the buffet at Peter Pipers is a tad cheaper but you'd have to catch it during lunch hours."
"We had a great time tonight. Guille at cashier was so kind with us, then the rest of staff as well. Even theyre so young, very professional and attentive! We have been in almost all cicis at El Paso, this location is the most organized so far."

"Visited this cicis about 2 months ago with my mom and my son! Grab some salad, olives etc!! when I bit into my salad there was an olive pit in the salad and I heard my tooth crack when I bit down. Took the pit up to the front and asked for a manager who did look at the pit and asked me what it was like I knew at the time!!! he then threw out all the salad and gave me a coupon for a free buffet. now I'm tooth has broken from the crack of the pit!!!!!! they do have videos and can see where I walked up and spoke to the manager ! Now I'm in the mist of contacting an attorney and seeing what I can do!!!! plz be careful eating the salad here!!"
"Hey Adrian please don't hire stoner girls. We turned in our tickets for our custom pizzas and they never came out. So I went up there and apparently they lost the tickets. There's only like six tables in here so they're not busy. So the pizza finally came out and it was delicious."
