"Quality of pizza has gone down. Pizza crust all gummy and sometimes not even fully cooked. Every pizza we’ve ordered these last 2 months has come super thin crust (even though we didn’t order thin crust) and just awful gummy undercooked dough, poorly made bad crust. Don’t know if it’s because it’s new people who don’t know how to make the dough or pizza or what it is. Customer service has gone down as well, young people working there are always curt or rude. You call to place an order and no one answers or they answer and hang up. Sad to see the quality of food and customer service go down so much this year."
