"This is a terrible customer service place to go. I had a fall last week when I was walking to my car hurt my self bec side walk is mess up. Anyways manager supper rude will not replace my pizza I had just purchased said was my fault never have been treated this bad . I recently moved to TX from Phx temperally .Hate it that this kind of business are open. Why will they lie to me & last minute said no we can not replace pizza that fall all over the street. I'm disgusted bad business!!"

"They need to stop telling their friends and family to do 5 star reviews for this place. They do not open at 10AM. Workers get there mad late. They don't answer the phone. IF they decide to answer, you will get attitude, placed on hold forever until you hang up or they just won't answer again. Online orders never get done, they just get forgotten half the time. Or they won't get started until you go pick it up. Their employees are rude as hell and if you ask them for ANYTHING it's a major inconvenience that you are interrupting their gossip time, phone scrolling time or asking them to do something simple while they're on the clock. Oh and don't ever ask for special intrusctions. They don't know how to double cut, well done bake or anything. So don't bother. Choose a different location."

"Place is decently big, you can dine in if you prefer to, no ATM. Prices are similar to Pizza Pros, good combo prices. Place looks clean, didn't use the restroom so don't know if they are clean. Staff was friendly when I ordered. Plenty of parking space. I heard it gets packed during the rush hour and lunch hour due to FortBliss"
