"We had lunch on a Friday. The pub was not busy at all, besides us only 2 tables in use. Our food, 2 pizzas and a salad took about 20-30 minutes to get served. Way too long for an empty location. The salad is way too overpriced and was not even cut. 2 big leaves uncut and that makes $15. if I pay that much for a salad at least I want it to be cut. Pizza was okay very dry and very thin crust"

"I came here last Friday before they close. My husband and I order some drinks they had run out of the tequila I had asked for. I asked for a Cesar salad they had run of that as well. My husband asked for another item on the menu that they had also run out of. So after we ate what they did had I left a $10 tip. My debit card statement showed I over charged $30! So I waited until today to call and explain my issue. At this point the customer service is horrible because I’m pointing out their mistake and they are trying to justify it saying how the number looked different when the total showed what the tip was supposed to be! I was told to come get what I was overcharged. When I get here I found out this whole time I was speaking to the owner which could not understand that I tip $10 not because I had a big issue but because that’s what I thought it was fair my issue wasn’t they running out of items! My issue was the overcharge! As easy as taking accountability and do right by a customer! And the audacity to only say your part of the story! I definitely went and pick up the money I was over charged for plus the $10 I tipped as I should there’s no point on tipping someone that tried to steal from you. The poor listening skills of this owner when she asked why I didn’t asked for management and I specifically said because I didn’t leave upset that night! I didn’t leave saying fu.. this place now you trying to say I was disrespectful ma’am no you just don’t know how to handle an issue properly and I WILL with pleasure take my business somewhere else!"
