"I ordered curve-side and I even called to see if I needed to go inside. No one came out, so I went in and they were not busy. 2 workers were just waiting at the cashier’s desk. They had my order ready but didn’t bother to come out. I guess they no longer do curve-side."
"I was very surprised that none of the menu options have the right price advertised. According to the cashier, the menus have not been updated yet with the real prices…. that’s a big nonsense for me specially for such a big chain.Expect at least 5 dollars above anything you ask there.This is my last time coming here.I felt like in a car dealership where they tell you one thing and when it is time to sign it is a completely different story, specially if you are not paying attention.I am staying in the Springhill Suites right next to it and when shared my story at the lobby random people agreed that the same happened to them.Be aware of scams….and see below the “wrong menu”."
"Service needs much improvement. staff are lost somewhere in the back. the family size chicken alfredo pasta was missing the TASTE OF ALFREDO SAUCE......IT WAS BLAND. And no ceiling fans , but the ac was working good."
"$20+ for a large stuffed crust with extra cheese seems high, and it took almost 10 minutes longer to pick up than estimated. The inside looks nice. Wish they'd bring back the buffet."
