"I couldn't believe how dirty this place was, and the staff was so lazy. Two dudes standing around leaning on there brooms not doing anything. The manager said look the room it's dirty go sweep it up. She walked off. I was wondering what did those dudes do. Well i got up to see. They did nothing just kept standing there. Then i got some old pizza while walking back i noticed they were play fighting. So eventually one guy came in started sweeping as slow as you possibly could. The other guy following him doing nothing. The guy not working i hard him say "i made 200 dollars on my check you think I'm going to come in here and work hard" smh i can't believe the entitlement. The guy sweeping did about 10% of the room and left. On the other side of the restaurant another guy was at least working with his headphones on, but singing as loud as possible, which sounded horrible. And that went on for at least 10 minutes. I couldn't believe how bad the staff was how lazy the workers were i would never go back to this place. Plus the pizza was not good at all. I felt bad for the manager."
"We paid for a birthday party here and weren't even allowed to hang decorations. They kept interrupting us too. The bathrooms are always filthy. I wouldn't waste your money on a party here. They ruined the happy mood."
"Bang for your buck! Everything but the soups are fresh and tasty! The soup always taste oldish. Maybe I just don’t come early enough in their defense! I think If you say “pizza time” on the weekends at the register you’ll get a discount,… not 100 percent sure, Js! If you have an old card for the games just try it u might get lucky. I tried mine, 4 yrs old and had 80 still left on it lol."
"Always enjoy taking the family here. I myself enjoy the games and the great choices you can choose from the salad bar. The staff is all a little young and can have a minor adjustment to their attitude. (My opinion)"
"First time at this Gatti’s. Not impressed. Poorly managed and it was very dirty. The floors and all around the salad bars and drink machines were not organized and dirty. I saw too many employees hanging out with each other instead of doing their jobs. Not how this should be managed. The game room was cool though"
