"After 9 hours of driving finding Hodies was just what we needed. My husband loved his catfish dinner. I had chicken fried steak, good comfort food. The wait staff was very friendly. We felt very welcomed. May need to add this place on our list of places to stop in future years."

"This BBQ is the best I've ever had. The pork ribs were perfect and every side was just as good. When asked about my favorite BBQ, I'll say that "west Texas has the best BBQ in America.""

"Passing through we stopping for lunch. Got a double brisket Sammy with beans and slaw. Little one got kid rib meal. Great portions! Tasty meat, not too heavy on the sauce. Very friendly staff!"

"I was there in the busiest time and yet it took like 25 minutes to get my dish. Not a big deal, except for the fact that I ordered brisket and sausages, both came cold and super dry. I am 100% sure I was served with left over from other customers."

"Great food and service. The classic chopped/sliced beef sandwich is always a safe bet. This is a must stop if you're driving through. And a plus if you make it for breakfast. The Breakfast Burrito is *chefs kiss!*"
