"This was my first time dropping off clothes at Morellis and I was extremely impressed! The lady at the front desk was so pleasant, nice and helpful! While I was giving her all of my contact information a gentleman came out from the back up to the counter and said "we really appreciated your business"! I was so impressed in the short time I was there dropping off my clothes with how friendly everyone was and how clean and organize everything looked! I will will let you know how my clothes look when I pick them up."
"Some how they were able to remove my negative reviews. They ruined new pair of pants and agreed to reimburse me the amount to replace them. Then I never received a check in the mail as promised. I called asked about where the check was. They'd say the owner was out of the office and he'll call you back by the next business day. Almost 7 months later they'd call me and say oh we repair them and you can pick them up now at our warehouse."
