"I'm not sure why this place has such great reviews. I brought in a comforter that had a fresh stain on it, which I kept wet as instructed, until I could get it to a dry cleaner. There was also a little dirt on there for my dog's paw. The stain and the dirt was still on the comforter. I'm not sure what they use to clean, but I could have spot cleaned it myself and saved $30."
