"I booked them last year and paid their (very expensive) invoice the same day. When the agreed upon date of cleaning came, no one ever showed up. I had to follow up with them myself, only to find out we were never scheduled. They agreed to come the following day, but still didn’t show up at the agreed upon time. You’d think that someone paying $410 to have their house cleaned would receive prompt service, but apparently not. We will never be using them again."
