"I work until 430 and and have at least a 20 minute drive from work to Classic cleaners. I got there at 4:55 and the clerk said in a rude tone “we close in five minutes.“ Well, I thought “you’re not closed now, am I supposed to not come at five minutes till five?“ Then she also complained that their credit card machine was down and she was obviously frustrated that she had to write my credit card number down on a triple carbon receipt. I was not particularly comfortable that she wrote my number down along with the code on the back but understood that was her option. It was her bad attitude that was a turn off and I think I’ll look for another dry cleaners."

"I don't get it, the price aren't fixed or something?? I think it's best to ring someone up so they know what their bill is before they choose to drop off, I am paying $20 for a shirt and previously I paid $10 maybe next time it's gonna be $30 to wash a shirt"
