"Renters beware. I lived in a property managed by Management Advantage from March 2023 to August 2023 under a subleasing agreement. When I first moved in there were no window blinds in the front window and when I contacted management to have them replaced I was told they would not be replaced as I was subleasing and accepted the unit as it, yet they still charged me for them when I moved out. They also charged me for replacing a fridge handle that was missing when I moved in, and for carpet cleaning, despite charging tenants for routine carpet cleaning due to normal wear and tear being illegal. Finally, my initial move out date was on August 31st, however one of the employees of Management Advantage entered my apartment on August 17th (without notice) and messaged me asking if I would be willing to move out earlier as they had a new tenant wanting to move in. When I initially expressed that I wasn't willing to move out early as I had paid the full months rent already, I was told that I would receive a prorated amount of rent back if I was willing to move out at an earlier date, because of this I agreed and found a new rental unit. However, once I had agreed and moved out, the property informed me that they did not give prorated rent for moving out early, despite this being the reason I agreed to move out early in the first place. I would recommend potential renters to avoid doing business with this company. They will charge you for things that were already broken inside their units prior to moving in and lie and manipulate you to get what they want."

"I've gone 3 months without them fixing my washing machine. We are literally in contact with a lawyer and the BBB concerning this manner. If you have any respect for your living situation, use any other company."

I have had a very good experience with the management company when it has came to efficiency with maintenance concerns/problems, and being communicative. I am thankful for the help and guidance I have received both times when looking for a place to live after college and when I was ready to move into a bigger space.
