"This place was a mixed bag. When we first signed our lease they failed to inform us that we signed for a 'Premium Cottage' and would be charged around 50 dollars more monthly than the regular rent for a three bedroom. Since there were no other three bedrooms available, my roomies and I agreed to go forward with it. When we moved in, there was damage on some trim from what looked like a cat scratching near the door in one room that never got fixed also. They changed the bus route through the complex halfway through the year so that the loud busses drove right by our cottage every 15 minutes Monday-Friday (so much for the 'premium cottage' location). When we moved out, we got charged for kitchen counter damage that they most likely did not actually fix for the next tenants. BUT the amenities here are wonderful and the bus is really convenient for getting to campus. I especially loved the iced coffee station in the clubhouse and the pool! The employees were also always very helpful."
