"This place is absolutely disgusting the water smells like rotten eggs and is cloudy. The bathroom door is broken, the lock to the door is shattered, the carpets are stained and look horrible and I have to pay $675 a month!!!!! For this garbage. I’m furious and will definitely be seeking reimbursement. The management should spend the night in this horrid unit and share they’re opinions and thoughts I’m not happy at all."

"I would NEVER I SAY NEVER rent from here ever again. The Daughter in the office is very disrespectful rude and nasty attitude we moved here from out of town and the next day the stove caught on fire but they said it was a new stove the following day we start seeing roaches they told us we had to get rid of them because we Brong them with us which was a lie we also have a big spot of mold in the bathroom and all they did was came and bleached it and painted over it we have a Big hole under our sink which allows rats and cats to get into the house... I wouldn’t recommend My dog to live there.. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY AND DONT MOVE HERE.. here is a video of the owner and her daughter being rude and disrespectful to my mother and my sister"

"Horrible management, units are in disrepair. Do not rent from these people. They evict on a dime and do not care one bit about their tenants."

"I lived in Windemere apartments before the property was sold to Ly Pham apartments. About mid way through my lease I was forced to sign a new lease due to the buy out. I paid a months rent for my deposit but the new lease only said I paid half of that. When I mentioned the lease was incorrect they told me to sign it and they would change it later. When my lease was up they told me my deposit was only for half the amount it was supposed to be and proceeded to keep it all for damages that were never fixed by their lacking maintenance. When I called to ask where my deposit was they said "There was only $10 left after fixing the damages and cleaning". I personally rented a carpet cleaner, scrubbed the walls, floors, windows and everything in between when I left yet they needed that money to clean an already immaculate apartment. There was damage done to the floor from them replacing the dishwasher, which never actually cleaned the dishes but just slushed around the nasty stuff already in there. The fridge leaked and was never fixed. A room mate was constantly being shocked by our faulty dryer but they never came to fix that. I called multiple times every week for months until I left trying to get them to fix things but they never came. The neighbors had loud car stereos that would wake me up almost every morning at 4am. I had someone try stealing my grandfather vintage bike directly off my back porch, thank god I had a chain for it so they didn't get it but almost cut through the chain. One of the women in the office was really nice. I remember her being a really friendly women but the other one was always really short with me and disrespectful. I had neighbors knocking on my door at all hours asking to borrow my cell phone. Neighbors asking to walk through my apartment to get to their back door because they were locked out of theirs when there is an alley right next to their apartment that goes behind the apartment, but really they were probably just casing my place for later. The location isn't that great either because the south end of Lafayette always smells like burnt potatoes because of the factories over there. I mean it was a place to live but when I lived there the rent was $690 a month and from my understanding the price went up to $750 and nothing has changed with these apartments since we moved out. I've seen in the news of drive by shootings there and some poor woman got stabbed with her child with her, what kind of place is this? I live in a bigger place now for the same cost with calmer more respectful neighbors and the maintenance staff where I'm at now is amazing. You can find better places to live for the cost else where. Steer clear of this place if you value your belongings, safety, and you respect because here I'm sure all of those things will be robbed of you."
