"Well it's hard to get service from here when they have a sign on their front door saying be back in 15 but it's been at least 45 minutes now. And when I called they don't answer even though the sign is lit up saying that it's open. I had an appointment but then they told me that they had an emergency and so therefore told me that I could do a walk-in. Well that doesn't do me any good when they're not even available.smh"
"I have been twice but unfortunately will not return. The first visit was great!! The second visit I was scheduled for a bath and cut for a cocker spaniel and they finished in an HOUR. There is no way she was washed and cut in an hour so I suspect she was never bathed. The owner seems very nice and flexible but this particular employee clearly didn’t do what I was scheduled for.."
"I just took my pup for his 2nd cut ever. The 1st one was terrific. The 2nd was even better. They were patient & loving towards him. They took great care to make sure he was happy while there. I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else! 5⭐️"
"Wow! Staff that truly enjoy taking care of our precious furry family members. Especially those that has special needs. We were so nervous about leaving our deaf K9 to have his first grooming appointment ever. It was an absolute success! They were gentle and understood the situation with him. They did an amazing job and he looks amazing, and so does his brother too!"
