"Brought my cavapoo and gave the guy instructions. When I picked her up she was scalped w/ nails not trimmed. She was scared when i picked her up w/tail dragging. She shook on my lap all the way home. This is not like my 6month puppy. Several friends said it's the worst haircut they've seen and never take their fur babies there again!!! Including me of course. Izzy's mom"

"My dog usually loves grooming but seemed terrified. Sat in a corner when we got home. Her nails split and not smooth and hair all over, falling off her in my car on the ride home. She wasn't silky like she normally is after a session elsewhere and looked exhausted. The staff did say they had a difficult time offering a small discount because they couldn't use a dryer, but I wonder if she even had a shampoo at all, so I wonder what their methods are and if they even tried. I wish I could've photographed her nails but I took her to the vet to have it fixed."
