"The staff are amazing. My sons pet rat was very sick and they were able to squeeze us in right away the day after Christmas. We were visiting family for the holidays and had never even been to U-Vet before. The vet was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up having to make the decision to put him down and all the staff were so kind. They gave as much time as we needed to say goodbye. They even made a little card with his paw prints for our kids."

"We've had two visits now. Two very personable and caring vet techs and oh boy does that make a difference. The doctor has been super delightful and straightforward. Willing to explain if we have questions. Milo is too cute and makes the place feel extra cozy. I forgot to ask the turtles name. Maybe the tank needs a name tag (kidding). The whole place and everyone there makes me feel like they truly care. It puts me at ease which makes it easier on the fur babies. I can't be thankful enough. We've had some bad vet experiences, this is a far cry. They are quite thorough and I definitely feel my kiddos are getting the best care."

"My puppy, Billie, has been going to this vet clinic since we first got her in March. She's given us a few scares since then but this clinic is welcoming and devoted to their patients. They give us clear cut answers to all of our questions and have been willing to work with us and steer us towards being the best new puppy parents we can be. They've also seen both of our cats and Tiger, our most combative feline, was treated with dignity and respect - something that was lacking at the last clinic and made us consider changing offices in the first place once we got Billie. It was ultimately a blessing that we found a place like U-Vet!"

"I attempted to change to this Veterinary Clinic but the militant desk person wouldn’t let my dog in to have an introduction to the vet. This was an appointment that was setup in advance for the purpose of starting with this new vet service. Just a meet and greet, no procedure scheduled. My dog’s vet quick her practice in the spring and gave my dog a thorough exam and her vaccinations at that time. We were trying to setup new service. I wanted to meet the vet and see how they got along with my dog before transferring to this clinic. I don’t advise anyone taking your animals here with that desk staff on duty!!! The same person was eating lunch at her computer at the front desk! I see she’s a stickler for protocol whenever it suits her needs."

"Started coming here 4 months ago and pur Dog Lizzie is already getting use to the people working there. We are very pleased with the Doctors, Techs and Front desk with not only the way they take care of our girl, but how nice and thorough they are with pet parents. GREAT JOB TO ALL THERE!!"
