"Wow, this place is great. Fully stocked, clean, no boxes blocking walkways & a full grocery. They even had live house plants. If every dollar general experience was this amazing, I’d shop at them more."
"Waste of time. Lazy employees can rarely ever open when they are supposed to be. 8am? never. Since being closed by the health department, twice, they lost the friendly staff and now have a couple employees that seem to hate their job and helping customers even more. The older guy is nice but the morning folks wont look at you or say hi. Came one morning, big ole "now open" sign, during business hours and the doors were locked. I called the District Manager phone number on the plaque outside and asked him what was up with the Dollar General being closed. He said "which one" I said " the one that keeps getting shutdown and was closed for a long time". He said "ok I have several stores, which one..." things are that bad you dont know which store I'm talking about?? Used to be pleasant, not anymore. Also seems like they slowly get rid of product. no sugar? I only come here now when I'm in a hurry and cant make it to Ruler. Now I just go to ruler, they're open."
