"I stayed at the south loop over the weekend. We loved it!!! The apartment was clean. Full kitchen. Beautiful view. This is better than an Airbnb and hotel because there is no cleaning fee involved. I will definitely rent a Kasa again! One suggestion to the kasa team. Have you all considered giving people the option to choose which side of the building you will be on? Me and my lady would have loved to have had a west view apartment to see the Chicago sunsets on the balcony. Thank you all again….."

"We had a terrific stay at our Kasa property. It was clean, convenient, adequately supplied with everything we might need, including clothes washing pods. In addition, the cost for a week was way less than a hotel & meals out."
"Wonderful experience all the way around, and we hope to return soon. The unit was EXACTLY as pictured, and was IMMACULATELY clean. Building was quiet and location seemed safe and secure. My wife and I (both retired) felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood, there were lots of residents out walking their dogs at all hours of the day. Some reviews mentioned the narrow window blinds let in too much light but it wasn't an issue in our unit; but full disclosure, our bedroom window faced north and December skies were cloudy for our 5 night stay. The unit was well stocked with coffee, tea, linens, towels, paper towels/tissues, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soaps, etc. Basically, everything was exactly as advertised and we had no reason to engage the Kasa help desk for assistance. Check-in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow."
"Our Kasa was perfect in every way! It was beautiful, the view was awesome, location was great, and it had everything we wanted and needed. The customer service was great as well, including the instructions for entering the building and room-very thorough. We could not have been happier!"
