"We had Johnson out to provide a second opinion on a pricey repair to our existing Carrier heat pump system that at the end of the day, may or may not have fixed our issue. While they were slightly cheaper, we had experienced multiple issues with it since its installation so we decided to replace it instead. They had a lot of good things to say about Trane and we were ready for a change so we made the switch. Not only has the new system impressed us with its better performance and how quiet it runs, we were also very impressed by the consistent professionalism of the entire staff at Johnson. Allen was upfront about what the issue could be and was willing to go whichever route we preferred. Shawn did a top notch job meeting with us, understanding our goals and actually measuring what our house needed. Clayton, Trent and Gavin did an amazing job with the installation. The attention to detail was exactly what I was looking for in an installation team. Hopefully the same will be true of those who do maintenance. "We've loved every experience we've had with Johnson, especially our most recent experience with Jesse and the plumbing team! We had several big repairs we needed done and were feeling overwhelmed (first time home owners!), and they gave us a discount for bundling services that helped so much. Jesse took time to explain every detail of the work they did and answered all the questions I had. They were able to schedule all of the work very quickly and the whole team was incredibly friendly.
