"Dropped our Buick off being told it would be 3-4 days. Now it’s day 12 and we still do not have our vehicle back and they don’t know when it will be done. Great time to be down a vehicle with all the traveling we have to do. Ray Skillman Service is a complete joke and is Ran by a bunch of clowns"
"Very unhappy with our new purchase of a 23 Buick Envision. It has a rattle sound coming from the passenger front door area that Buick doesn’t have the answer for. Service has had the vehicle in the shop several times and have escalated the issue to Buick Engineering, but it’s been 3 months and still no answer. Sales staff knew about problems but didn’t say anything when we were purchasing. Crazy thing is that sales staff said the lower model makes even more noise. We tried to get a deal on next model up that doesn’t make the noise. Sure, they would price out the next model up with a $7,000 loss on our new SUV that was purchased from them. So warning to all…don’t buy a Buick Envision or Encore FWD MODELS , they all have a rattle at 55 mph and above."
