"This is a review after over 16 years of a complete septic system installation. Our house is in the Indianapolis inner city. The complete system install with a new 2,000 tank (I had purchased it before Knox performed the work from Carmel Concrete), new distribution box, new 18” deep 20’ x 30’ filter bed finger and a 3’ to 4’ deep 75 feet long “L” shaped French drain system that ends on a 6 foot deep and about 30” diameter lift station sump well with 2 1/3 hp Zoeller Cast Iron pumps, and 2 high water level alarm systems wired to the house. The French drain pumps the water away from the finger system into a ditch running 50 feet away under a gravel driveway. Jimmy was a straight shooter, no bull business man who knew what he was talking about. We also interacted with his brothers and other employees who knew more about septic systems than anyone I had spoken to before. It was an investment of over $15,000 and 16 years ago, and the important thing is that IT WORKS AND WORKS AND WORKS. I never worry about heavy rains saturating the yard where the system is located because that French drain that Jimmy recommended eats everything the weather throws at it.Another plus is that they have a great reputation with city inspectors, because they know what they are doing. Without a doubt and all my dealings with the gp and service providers out there, this guy still has these creditionals flowing through his veins. There was no double talk, nor hidden agenda. Complete the job by actions or professional opinion of resolution to problem and move on to the next. These traits are usually inherited by strong work ethic parents and passed down through teaching our next generation, by strong parenting and receptive children.
