"I would highly recommend Marshall Mechanical to anyone! We had a dead mouse in our air duct and they were able to get a technician out within an hour of my initial phone call. Lance was a very knowledgeable technician and he dived right into the problem for us with no hesitation despite it not being the easiest task. He was able to locate the mouse after no one has been able to for days and removed everything for us. He was very kind and helpful. So much so that we requested he be the technician to come back out and install the replacement air duct. I love how this company and their employees truly care and treat your home with respect as well as explaining everything in detail. Lance did an excellent job!!"

"Saturday at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon on the coldest day of the year so far, our furnace stopped working. We called Marshall Mechanical and Michael was at our door within 30 minutes. He was very professional and was very concerned about protecting me by wearing a mask while he was here. I have cancer and he was very thoughtful and offered sincere prayers. We were very impressed by him and definitely will use him again for all our HVAC needs. He was trustworthy and kind and ran back to the office to retrieve a part so we would have heat before the sun went down. We are more than pleased."

"Lance was awesome to work with! He came out to do our fall maintenance and found that our furnace circuit board had been damaged by a power surge. It was still working, but not sure for how long. He explained the issue clearly demonstrating his knowledge of the system. He got the part ordered and came back and replaced the board and added a surge protector giving us peace of mind.
