"Usually very good service and only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is a couple instances where I shopped while waiting just to kill time and a simple tire change took very long with no cars before me."
"Will not be coming back to this location. The manager herself was incompetent. Went in for a new tire and a tire rotation. Told them where I wanted the new tire and everything. Waited forever and when they were finally done, the tires were not rotated and the new tire was not where I asked it to be put. I would suggest going to a different location or a different business all together."
"Absolutely horrible. Was told they couldn't get to me til 2pm. Went there at 10am and there were 4 employees in the department with no cars in the bays. I was trying to buy 2 new tires. Left my vehicle there and they called a half hour later and told me the lugs were stuck and would need cut off and they don't do that. Took my vehicle to another local tire center who had no issues with removing the tires. They also pointed out my other 2 tires were dry rotted and sold me 4 tires. I feel a lot safer driving my vehicle now and I've also found a better place to buy tires with employees who care about their customers. I've been a Walmart customer for years for tire repair and replacement. No longer. I own 4 vehicles and I will not be back here again."
"Not great...didnt check what they said they checked...tire pressure all at 35 (suspicious especially since other car all had tires at 33), battery was too "unsafe" to check- nothing wrong with it, etc. Grease on steering wheel, door handle, and gear shifter (both cars). Oil stains on tan carpet."
